Breatheology is the re-learning and understanding of how you can optimize every single breath to get more energized in your daily life. It is a method created by Stig Severinsen, who has a degree in biology and a Ph.D in medicine. Combining yoga and his knowledge of physiology in free diving, he has been a 4-times AIDA world free diving champion and holder of multiple Guinness world records. In one of his world records, he was able to hold his breath for 22 minutes in a water tank cooled to 30 F degrees (-1 C).
