Our Center

The Holistic Awareness Center follows a safe, easy yet empowering and natural approach to therapy and healing. It is a place where mind, body and spirit can be re-trained into mindful awareness. These principles are mirrored in the neutral colors, wood and natural materials in our space.

The Holistic Awareness Center allows for hypnotherapy sessions that are both intimate and comfortable, HypnoFertility therapy that goes deep into the core of any fertility issues and HypnoBirthing® group or private sessions, based on your preference. Massage tables and stools facilitate our Alexander technique sessions, while Breatheology and Healing Touch re-train the mind and body on how to function to the optimum degree.

The Holistic Awareness Center first opened in New York, USA and has now come to Athens, Greece and Miami, South Florida. We are open every day by appointment for in-person or online sessions and are looking forward to welcoming you.
